WHO WE ARE
Promedkliniken GmbH is a German healthcare company based in the tranquil little town Volkach, Bavaria. Since 2007, we have developed healthcare services and professional partnerships in Germany and internationally.
Our work is guided by an integrative and functional approach to health. Rather than viewing each concern in isolation, we consider how symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, physical function and other influences may be connected.
At our Volkach location, we bring together medical, therapeutic and health-related services through a network of doctors, therapists and specialist professionals. Our services include internal medicine, prevention, rehabilitation, osteopathy, professional foot care and selected complementary approaches.
Our international work has included healthcare and sports-medicine projects, as well as professional training programmes, in Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Peru and Chile. We also support international patients by coordinating access to specialist treatment
in Germany.
These experiences continue to shape our work in Volkach, and has provided the foundation for the development of the Promedklinik concept in Singapore.
Finding direction when something does not feel right
Not every change in health is immediately reflected in routine findings. This can leave patients and clients uncertain about what they are experiencing and where to turn.
We envision a more connected healthcare landscape in which patients and clients can move more easily from uncertainty, towards the professional support relevant to their situation.
We support patients and clients who have noticed a change in their health, but are unsure where to begin.
By bringing together existing findings, changes over time, medical history, lifestyle and physical function, we create a structured overview of the individual situation. Our integrative and functional perspective helps clarify which areas may warrant closer attention, and which type of professional expertise may be relevant.
Where appropriate, we coordinate input from doctors, therapists and specialist professionals, helping to turn disconnected information into a practical starting point for further support.
Norbert Seis
Founder and Managing Director
Norbert Seis founded the Promedklinik concept in Volkach in 2007 and has led its development in Germany and internationally.
His introduction to healthcare came through voluntary service as a rescue diver and in emergency medical response. This early experience led to a career in healthcare and hospital management spanning more than 30 years.
His career has included leadership roles within the Helios hospital group and responsibility for hospital projects from planning and development through to operational delivery in Germany and abroad. His experience spans the development of healthcare services, international patient coordination and rehabilitation projects.
Over the course of his career, he has built a multidisciplinary network connecting specialists in ENT, neurosurgery, orthopaedics and dentistry with therapists and rehabilitation professionals.
Alongside his executive work, he has continued to develop his practical knowledge through training in functional therapy, magnetic-field applications, kinesiology taping, non-invasive aesthetic treatments and professional foot care. He also established the KIN-Tape brand and developed the KIN-Combi-Tape application method.
